 ing Grammy Award nominees Jai Uttal\, Silvia Nakkach and Dave Stringer. He

 s an award-winning producer\, composer\, recordist\, and multi-instrumenta
 list. In the studio and on the stage he has worked with scores of illustri
 ous artists in a myriad of genres. He primarily produces world music\, alt
 ernative pop\, and singer-songwriters\, and has also devled extensively in
 to producing rap and r+b and composing music for video\, radio\, and TV. B
 en's alchemical groove and mood capturing sensibilities and technical wiza
 rdry in the recording studio have made him one of Northern California's mo
 st in demand producers.\n\nBen maintains an eclectic mix of music on his p
 roduction/composition plate. He produces everything from hip hop to medita
 tion music.\n\nIn the world music realm\, Ben has worked extensively with 
 world music pioneer Jai Uttal. Together they have created several popular 
 recordings\, including the evocative ambient soundscapes on the award-winn
 ing Spirit of Yoga\, the hypnotic world grooves on Music for Yoga and Othe
 r Joys\, the wild ride on Jai’s Grammy-nominated Mondo Rama\, the ecstat
 ic chanting on Jai Uttal’s Kirtan (which was nominated for a California 
 Music Award)\, the festive Bhakti Bazaar\, and Loveland: Music for Dreamin
 g and Awakening.\n\nBen has collaborated with many other Kirtan and devoti
 onal world music artists. Deva Premal\, Miten\, and Ben co-created a world
  music and chanting extravaganza called The Moola Mantra. Ben has also pro
 duced recordings with Kirtan and mantra music artists Snatam Kaur\, Donna 
 De Lory\, Jaya Lakshmi\, David Newman\, Mukti\, Prajna Vieira\, Diana Roge
 rs\, Brenda McMorrow\, Vamadeva\, Uma Reed\, Yofiyah\, Amy Barnes\, Jim Ge
