Through Hatha Yoga, storytelling, and revelatory personal inquiry work, we will explore and embody these rich archetypes, and learn their relevance to our lives. The asana and stories will come from Niema, and Johanna will lead us in Kirtan with her band Rhythmantra (Angela Grace Greenwood, George Beekman , Lyris cooper).
