 s on deep relaxation and healing\, using principles from therapeutic yoga\
 , yoga nidra\, and nada yoga (yoga of sound). In Lullaby Yoga\, Johanna ge
 ntly guides participants through a series of deeply relaxing poses while s
 inging to them. The music—a soothing blend of original and traditional p
 ieces from a variety of global cultures—facilitates the healing process 
 by providing a luxurious\, peaceful space for the mind to rest while the b
 ody relaxes\, rebalances\, and restores itself. Johanna has taught Lullaby
  Yoga classes at yoga studios\, spas\, and festivals across the US. She oc
