DESCRIPTION:In Lullaby Yoga\, Johanna gently guides you through a series of
  deeply relaxing poses while singing and playing soothing songs and chants
 . Her class uses principles from restorative yoga\, therapeutic yoga\, yog
 a nidra\, and subtle body and breath work. The music provides a luxurious\
 , peaceful space for the mind to rest while the body relaxes\, rebalances\
 , and restores itself.\n\nJohanna will be joined by Sirgun Kaur on harmoni

 t Sirgun:\n\nSirgun Kaur is a sacred songstress and Kundalini Yoga instruc
 tor. Through the exploration of her music\, and after her discovery of Kun
 dalini Yoga\, chanting\, and mantra\, she was led to an understanding of t
 he transformative and healing potential of music. Sirgun believes that bod
 ies and minds are malleable and miraculous. Her music is designed to put l
 isteners in a state of natural healing. By listening and chanting along\, 
 the nervous system is soothed\, the mind becomes less chaotic\, and thus\,
  one’s surrounding environment becomes less overwhelming. Through a grad
 ual process of observing and listening to other chant artists\, mixed with
  deep and personal songwriting experiences\, Sirgun was led to this spirit
 ual path through music.\n\nSirgun has released five albums of sacred chant
 s: -8\, Reclaim Your Happiness\, Dayaal\, The Cosmic Gift\, The Music With
 in and has performed in Europe and across the United States\, leading cons
 cious wellness festivals such as Bhakti Fest. She currently resides in a y
 oga community in Phoenix\, Arizona with her husband and two children.
