DESCRIPTION:Johanna will be offering two Lullaby Yoga™ classes and a Medi
 tative Chanting session at this year's Shakti Fest\, plus joining Kavita K
 at Macmillan (Fri 12:45pm\, Shakti Stage)\, Saul David Raye (Sun 2:30pm\, 
 Bhakti Stage)\, David Newman (Sun 9:15pm\, Bhakti Stage)\, Gina Sala (Sun 
 12:45pm\, Shakti Stage)\, and the All-Star Jam (Sun 10:45pm\, Bhakti Stage
 )\n\nLullaby Yoga\, Friday 10:30-11:45am and Saturday 1:30-3pm in Yoga Hal
 l 2\n\n\nIn Lullaby Yoga\, Johanna gently guides you through a series of d
 eeply relaxing poses while singing and playing soothing songs and chants. 
 Her class uses principles from restorative yoga\, therapeutic yoga\, yoga 
 nidra\, and subtle body and breath work. The music provides a luxurious\, 
 peaceful space for the mind to rest while the body relaxes\, rebalances\, 
 and restores itself. Optional aromatherapy and adjustments. Please bring y
 our own props if possible.\n\nSacred Chanting Session\, Saturday 4-5:15pm 
 in the Mantra Dome\n\n\nIn this meditative chanting session\, we’ll expe
 rience the power of healing chants to focus the mind\, deepen the breath\,
  free the voice\, and soothe the spirit.  For thousands of years\, chanti
 ng and singing have been embraced as a vehicle for peace and transformatio
 n. By embodying these practices\, we offer healing prayers for liberation\
