We’ll begin with the shared heartbeat of kirtan and devotional singing and move into a deeply relaxing sound soak. You’ll soak in the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, hang drum, and koshi chimes, allowing your body to restore and repair itself. No experience necessary, come as you are and receive! Bring cozies – blankets, pillows, sweaters, whatever you’d like to create a nest as you bask in the sounds!
